General Returns/Refund or Replacement Policy
We provide a 100% return and refunds for your purchases. Please read the following terms if you wish to return any product and apply for a refund of the amount you paid to us or you want to exchange any product.
- Products are returnable within the applicable return window of 10 days. if you’ve received an item in the condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, unfit for your space, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on urbanshopiee.com.
- Return window of 10 days for a product will be applicable from the date you received that product.
- We pack the product only after a quality check from our packaging team still you can open the product box to check the product condition, colour, hardware fittings and if you find any hardware or product part missing you can inform us through email urbanshopiee@gmail.com
- You can apply for the return of any product and ask for a refund of the total amount or exchange the product with another or new one.
- Once we receive the request from you we will start the process of return or exchange and then arrange the pickup of the product you want to return or exchange, after the product is picked up from your address and delivered to our warehouse. The return will be processed only if it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you.
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
- After the inspection of the product received is done, basis on the inspection report we will issue full amount refund or if required partial refund.
- The partial refund will be given in cases where the product got damaged in your possession, the product is not returned in original condition (with missing brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card and any of the accessories therein)
- We often issue a full refund to our customer but in rare cases, we deduct some amount (maximum of 20% of total amount) after the inspection report.
- We also offer replacement facility to all customer of urban shopiee, you can request a new or another product of the same amount or a different amount. The amount will be adjusted from the amount you earlier paid.
